Without opportunites to learn from our mistakes we don't learn it is ok to make mistakes. This program helps you see how we all make mistakes and you will learn from yours as well as from others who are also making mistakes. We are under the assumption that leaders must be perfect, but that is so far from the truth. When we operate from this assumption however we hide mistakes we make and fear what might happen if others see us making mistakes. Working with Lorraine monthly to have different opportunites to learn and explore decision making and leadership skills is the best way to grow into your leadership.
